DNT HUB's mentoring services are implemented based on a structured model designed to accelerate individual development and support purposeful career decision-making. The mentoring approach is not limited to advisory support, the main focus is on unlocking participants’ potential, developing practical skills, and ensuring continuous progress.
Each mentoring program is individually structured starting from the initial diagnostic stage, based on participants’ development needs, career goals, and existing competency levels. All stages of the process - identification of needs, selection of an appropriate mentor, planning, organization of sessions, monitoring, and final evaluation - are systematically and centrally managed by DNT HUB.
Through structured sessions, a practical approach, and continuous feedback, mentees are enabled to apply acquired knowledge and skills directly in their work environment. As a result, mentoring becomes not only a tool for individual growth but also an effective instrument for strengthening leadership and performance within the organization.
Mentoring services are implemented by DNT HUB in the following stages:
Leadership, career development, adaptation, or performance-related challenges within the organization are analyzed.
The competencies, development needs, and goals of individuals participating in the mentoring process are determined.
Specific objectives are set for personal development, leadership skills, decision-making, or career goals.
A mentor with relevant expertise, credibility, and a development-oriented approach is identified.
The format of the process (1:1, group, hybrid), duration, and frequency of sessions are planned.
An individual development plan, topics, and stages are defined for each mentee.
Structured, goal-oriented, and practice-focused sessions are conducted.
Regular feedback and guidance are provided regarding the mentee’s development.
Progress is measured based on predefined indicators.
The outcomes of the mentoring process are summarized, and a roadmap for future development is provided.
